The Westlake High School Parent-Teacher Organization, Eanes ISD, Austin, Texas

The Westlake High School Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) is a 501(c)(3) organization that works to build community among parents, staff and students at Westlake High School. We raise and spend more than $80,000 each year and serve as the hub and information clearinghouse for volunteer activities on the Westlake campus. The last PTO meeting of the current school year was Monday, May 4th, at 7 p.m. in the Principal's Conference Room at Westlake High School. We are currently wrapping things up for this school year and teeing things up for next fall. 

In the hubbub of our final meeting, we failed to hand out certificates for meritorious service to our current officers, so here are the electronic versions.  Besides bearing the signatures of Ms. Rawlings and Dr. Wellman, each also has other unique endorsers.  Click on a thumbnail to see the larger version ~

Red, Blue, and getting a little greener!

We have historically made copies of PTO minutes and meetings agendas available at our meetings, but these sets of paper copies waste resources and consume PTO funds to produce.  Let's do better!  Beginning this year, we will make minutes and agendas available via pdf, so you can read them, save them, review them online, and come to meetings just a little better prepared!
